the larger two insanity journals are made from recycled paper and are blank inside. each of those ALSO come with a small junk journaling pack of stickers and cut out!! and have an internal pocket for the journals as well. measures: 8" x 7"
the smaller red journal is a lined paper journal with no interior pocket measures: 7" x 5"
all journals come with a set of ties to help keep those thick journals closed!!
