6/19 update!

Hi, hello!! I've got some updates from HQ to share!

First off, thanks everyone who stopped by our booth in Pittsburgh last weekend!! Our biggest booth to date and it was such a wonderful weekend!! I'm so proud of my little team and just how much we can accomplish together!! warms my heart and fills me with such pride. I can't wait to work on larger scale booth stuff next year and finish out this year for Oddities in Philly!! Speaking of oddities, I do have some bad news. We won't be attending the Detroit show in July anymore. I've got a lot of personal stuff going on and need to catch up with. When we make everything for the shows and then go to orders and then go back to production for shows, I just can't swing it next month with other stuff going on. I hope to make it to Detroit next year to make up for it! Or perhaps another shows some other time. We'll see!! But as for now, the next in person event to shop us will be the Oddities expo in Philly 8/15 and 8/16

Production updates!
-Any heart bags ordered in April are being finished up within the next two weeks and will be out before the end of the month!! Then moving onto the orders placed last month for Dracula and Black Phillip bags!
-Frankenstein banners! I'm currently waiting on the fabric to arrive and once it does, I'll be putting them together and as many extras as I can with the current supplies I have. I didn't realize so many people were going to be interested in that!!! I'm so excited!! Going to try and make more and also start to source different fringes and notions for possibly a new round in the fall.
-Wall heart, bag charms, and any other orders placed between late mid april/mid may are being worked in in production. Current turnaround times are closer to 6 weeks - just a heads up!

Currently working on a lot of different samples for the fall!! I've got a few collections in the works and a few different one-off pieces being flushed out. Check out Patreon if you'd like to follow along!!

Also! We will be implementing our first ever price increase on items this summer. It's been almost 2 years at the current price for most items, and I've been testing out slightly higher pricing at shows to gauge what people can pay. I'm hoping to give my production assistant a raise by end of the year and possibly hire someone part time to help us with production. It's always important to me for people to get properly paid for the work they do for me. As we get busier and grow!! I'm so excited!! but I also want to be able to achieve that growth where it isn't just burn out. Not all items will have an increase, and most won't be increased by much. Making things in bulk now gives me a much better idea of what the time taken to make it all is and how much it should reflect that in the cost. it's still really important for me to have affordable art for people but also being able to pay a staff and have this thing grow into a beautiful thriving business where artists are being paid to make art!! WOW!

Okay! I think that's it for now!! This is cross posted to Patreon on our free tier as well!!
