Sweet dead stock pleated lace adorned with a thrifted gold bow brooch. Ribbon sewn to each end of the collar for easy wear. Brooch has been sewn in spots to secure it to the fabric and a dab of hot glue covers the fastener of the brooch to keep it from opening.
